I am a Realtor®/Associate Broker with Envirian. I got my start in this exciting business working closely with new home builders and grew from there. My experience in the real estate community includes serving Albuquerque families for over fourteen years representing both buyers and sellers. In addition, I have worked extensively with families who have relocated to Albuquerque for employment, and families from all over the country who have chosen to make Albuquerque their home for retirement. When you work with me, you will be working with a Realtor® who knows and understands the neighborhoods and knows the builders who built the homes.

I have lived, worked, and enjoyed being a part of our unique southwest community for 28 years. My husband and I have two children who grew up in Albuquerque, graduated from high school here, and attended the University of New Mexico. We have four beautiful grandchildren who keep us happily very busy with all their activities.

We all know that today's real estate market is challenging, and varies from one part of the country to another. When the market shifts, the most important thing is re-educating the professionals as well as our buyers and sellers on the realities of the market. A very important focus for today's market is the new credit standards and mortgage guidelines that change almost as we speak.
